120. Becoming lazy

Although not a typical recovery symptom (not described in any of dr. JWH books anyway) I believe becoming lazy is, indeed, a recovery symptom. Let me explain why…

We, PD people, at least until we developed PD symptoms, where successful, ready for action people. That is part of typical PD personality described in literature. We had to adrenaline drive ourselves since we where depleted in dopamine.

Now, while working on recovery we learn to use dopamine, as normal people. We start to enjoy sensation in our bodies. It is not uncommon that we start enjoying just being rather than participating in action. We become lazy. which is, in this case, a really good thing.
