130a. Gratitude

Being grateful is very important factor for having healthy attitude.

If you are working on your PD recovery, you are also working on changing your attitude. Therefore gratitude is very important.

Good practice for strengthening feeling of gratitude is saying (and meaning it): “Thank you God I have no complaints” to every challenging situation you encounter in a day. It is not difficult to say it when situation is not challenging, but when things go “bad”, being grateful in those cases can completely alter your mind and change your attitude.

For example, after a good meal, it its easy to say: “Thank you God I have no complaints”, but saying that and mean it after you watched your house burned to the ground and you’re wondering where are you going to sleep that night, will take you on whole other level.

Gratitude is powerful spiritual tool.
