136a. Relationship to thought

In order to recover from PD one needs to change relationship to his thoughts.

As you already know, PD mentality triggers pause, a neurological mode normally only used in near death situation.

Examine your mentality and engage in changing your brain patterns that cause fearful/pause reaction. There may be a lot of them.

This is not an easy task and takes a lot of time and effort, but it will get you free of PD.
