Awareness of our thoughts is the only tool we have against them.
Being aware of our thoughts gives us a chance not to be completely pulled in stream of negative thinking, when those thoughts appear in our mind.
We can also notice the repetitive thought patterns. By being aware of them, they lose their power and eventually, if we are persistent enough, fade away.
We are so much more than our thoughts. Let’s not believe every thought that pops up in our mind.
