4b. Loving yourself

Good evening everyone!
With this video I want to emphasize how important it is to love yourself. I’m talking about a healthy compassionate love not that self-centered egoistic love. When the symptoms rage, it is essential to love yourself. I will be specific, you should also love Parkinson’s symptoms. You should like tremor, stiffness, slow motion, and other symptoms. Sounds crazy, right? But it is actually necessary. Why? When you love yourself there is no fear and the dopamine is released. When a man lives in fear there is no dopamine flow. There is great story on this subject. Once upon a time old Cherokee Indian has told his grandson a life story. “The soul of every man is guided by the constant battle, as a struggle between two wolves. The black wolf is rage, envy, jealousy, hatred, greed, arrogance, lie, guilt, anger, fury, selfishness, mockery… The white wolf represents peace, love, hope, serenity, kindness, compassion, gratitude, generosity, truth, joy, happiness, faith … ” His grandson was conceived for a few moments. He put all his thoughts in the depths of his grandfather’s words, and he asked him: “Grandpa, which wolf eventually wins?” The old Indian looked at his grandson and replied: “Wins the one you feed”. It is the same case with Parkinson’s. To defeat Parkinson, it is necessary to feed the white wolf.
Thank you!
