This is second post in series of posts called “Natural methods for body detoxification”. Today’s post topic will be diet modification as natural method for body detoxification.
As i’ve already said in last post, body detoxification will not heal you from Parkinson’s, but it will keep your body healthy as possible, while you fight Parkinson’s and even prevent other diseases.
Now, there are a lot of diets that proved some effectiveness in body detoxification. Lets name most popular diets:
- vegan and vegetarian
- ketogenic
- paleo
- LCHF
- macrobiotic
This post will not try to explain details of each of them, you can find details about each diet on the internet. Instead, i will try to give a perspective what is idea behind in all of them, so you can make your own diet.
ENERGY INTAKE
What distinguishes one diet from other is energy intake which is obtained either through proteins (amino acid) or carbohydrates. For example, macrobiotic diet obtains proteins from beans and carbohydrates from grains. Paleo diet obtains proteins from animal products and is low on carbohydrates. LCHF also.
COMBINATION
What I have concluded, key is combination. When you take protein, let’s say meat you should combine it only with vegetables, not other energy food like carbohydrates (grains, bread, pasta….). When eating carbohydrates combine them, again, with vegetables. Vegetables can be combined with anything except fruits. Fruits should be eaten separately, two hours before or after meal.. Diaries better to avoid. Sweets (sugars) are not good for you.
If you combine food correctly body creates less toxins and you have more energy. Why not give it a try?
