57a. Is feeling safe possible?

People with Parkinson’s do not feel truly safe in this life, as a matter of fact, they feel threatened by some immediate danger.

Usually, that threat is self inflicted, at least in some degree.

As a consequence we start to feel alert and experience not being able to relax on deepest level.

I am not saying that danger was not real, but our response to that danger is or was unhealthy.

This must change.

First, when dealing with problem, accept that what is going on is happening for your highest good. Second, take real action to solve, or at least, ease the problem. And finally, learn to live with any leftover you couldn’t fix.

Thank you!
