Some PD people are so deeply in the grip of pause, that they can’t feel their own bodies.
They can’t relax and just enjoy their breathing, heart pumping… They can’t feel aliveness in their arms, legs…
If you’re able to feel your body, it means you are not using pause that particular time. This is very very good, because it means you are not using pause all the time.
As you know, key for recovery is stop using pause 100%.
So, try to relax and feel your body. Don’t use your mind too much. Don’t overthink.

Excellent point! To feel the body also means to be in the NOW, which I guess is the opposite of pause. Blessings!
