20b. Directing your thoughts

Hello everyone!
People generally assume that we are victims of our thoughts and therefore, feelings. But we are not helpless puppets governed by our thoughts. We can consciously choose our thoughts and therefore our emotions. We can consciously direct our thoughts. Now, i will repeat sentence from the book: “Stuck on pause” by dr. Janice Walton-Hadlock i already used in video: “Striatum and thalamus”. It goes like this: “Directing your thoughts towards the sensations of the heart or towards the soul is the same thing as directing the thoughts outward”. For me, this is crucial. Directing thoughts outward is obtained by constant conversation with our spiritual guide, but it can also be done by directing our thoughts towards the sensation of heart or soul. How to feel the heart? I will explain this with the words used by one guy who recently fully recovered from Parkinson’s disease: “work on being happy, positive, confident, and productive.”
