107a. Healthy perspective on PD

I believe we shouldn’t focus too much on PD. I believe we shouldn’t focus on PD at all.

Having PD constantly on one’s mind is unhealthy. Thinking all the time about symptoms, degeneration, black and doom prognosis is unhealthy, unnecessary and futile. Even thinking all the time about recovery is unhealthy.

We can’t help ourselves by having disease focused mind. Instead we should focus on life, joy and relationship with God.

Let’s forget about PD and live our lives to the best of our abilities. Let’s trust God.

God bless!

  1. This is so true! I believe that i got Parkinsons partly because of my persistent negative thinking. Now i’m persistently thinking about having Parkinsons. I need to stop thinking and start living.
