111a. Movement visualization

To speed up rebuilding new dopamine neurological circuitry responsible for movement, dr. JWH advise is to spent as much as possible time visualizing movement.

This is relatively easy to do, isn’t it?

As I am aware this technique is not so rarely applied. For example, professional athletes do this often.
