Yesterday I experienced a recovery symptom. First of this kind. It happened during my bicycle ride.
Usually I turn bike pedals with barely any power, but yesterday evening, suddenly, for a few seconds it was like turbo kicked in. I had power in my legs. Bike flew.
I have already verified with Dr. Janice Walton-Hadlock that this is sign of healing. I will continue with what I am doing with more reassurance.
I am happy.
