80a. Recovery symptom – correlation

Since I’ve been fighting PD this is the first time I’ve done it. I’ve managed to directly correlate the way I think to my recovery.

After few days of intensive mind management my PD symptoms improved – movement in my left arm is permanently better (my symptoms are mostly on the left side). Since I am lately more aware of my bad mental habits and how easy it is for my mind to slip I was more engaged in governing it and voila result was immediate.

You can do it too. Exchange your bad negative thoughts that keep you in PD with those you hear from your “friend”. Do it intensively and give your best effort. Results will not miss.
