1a. First sign of recovery

It has been over 14 months since my symptoms have not changed for worse. Now, I believe this is a first sign of recovery.

I’ve been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease for over 2 years now, but I have noticeable symptoms for at least 5 years now. In that period I have experienced 6 or 7 changes in symptoms for worse. Fastest change in symptoms was after 2 months.

So 14 months is a long period and truly a sign that Parkinson’s disease is stabilized. That is actually a sign of recovery. I must be doing something right and will continue with this journey to full recovery.

This journey definitely has it’s down sides, but it has good ones too. I have learned to always look for the positive in life. I believe maintaining positive attitude toward life events is not only better for health but it is in tune with kind nature of universe.

Now, you ask yourself, what is the key for recovery from Parkinson’s disease? The big question. Here is the answer. Parkinson’s is fueled by using pause, rare neurological mode used only in near death time. People with Parkinson’s use it in every day life. All it takes to recover from PD is to retrain your brain not to use pause for dealing with life.

How to destroy addiction of using pause? Yes, it is addiction and i will cover this question in following post.

Feel free to join me on this journey. I will share information to anyone who asks. We all should help each other, don’t you think so?
