This is a big one. In order to derail your life from Parkinson’s to no Parkinson’s, you have to engage in fighting your mind. Why? Because your mind wants to pull you into anxiety.
11a. Switching focus
Fighting Parkinson’s gives you a lot of small tasks, healthy people are unaware of. I often caught myself in thinking, how am I going to do some task, because Parkinson’s symptoms are in my way. People who do not have Parkinson’s, do not have to go through this. They do not think about their movement.

7a. Being perfectly imperfect
By default, people with Parkinson’s symptoms do not like to be imperfect. They tend to overthink everything, analyse every step, every possibility in constructing some future event. Parkinson’s people like to control everything, and most of all, their own joy of life.

4a. Cyclic nature of Parkinson’s disease
Living life with Parkinson’s disease can be challenging. Your are not able to do things as well as you used to do. Your symptoms are visible and make you want to hide and stay at home. Mind registers all this and it will try to emotionally get you down. This feeds the disease, it makes it progress. This is basis for what they call in literature “cyclic nature” or “vicious circle” of Parkinson’s.
3a. Conscious awareness
Before explaining what is conscious awareness let me first point you to cause of Parkinson’s itself. To get a better understanding what is causing Parkinson’s disease i suggest you read posts “2b. Cause 1” and “3b. Cause 2“.
